Ben's Butterfly Adventure

This morning, we picked up a pack of timbits and tried to catch butterflies with a fishing net in Hermitage Park.  I'm not sure who was more excited about our little adventure, Boris or Ben?  Contrary to popular belief (see images here and here), Kate will sit in the grass without crying...as long as she has a doughnut in hand.

Nap Strike

Back in March, Kate learned the art of falling asleep on her own.  She had been doing beautifully until last week, when she started having trouble falling asleep at night.  This week, naps are out the window as well.  This morning, she couldn't even nod off after being rocked for half an hour.  Poor girl...

I Just Can't Get Enough...

Of her sweet little face.  It's hard to believe Kate is already 13 months old!  At a few ounces shy of 16 pounds, she's tiny for her age. But what she lacks in size she makes up for in personality.  Kate is spunky and funny and sweet all rolled into one and we just love her to bits and pieces.
